Authentic and fully renovated adobe home located at 655 Galisteo Street. It’s an easy and enjoyable walk to the Plaza (historic center of Santa Fe) and the Railyard (Farmer’s Market, Movie Theatre, Shops and Restaurants) from this very convenient South Capitol neighborhood location. This 800 square foot home is bright and full of natural light. Although not air conditioned, fans are provided and Santa Fe’s cool evenings keep the home comfortable. The newly landscaped large front and side gardens provide enjoyable outdoor seating for entertaining and dining. A stucco wall completely encloses the outdoor areas providing privacy from the street. This home really captures the old charm of Santa Fe. Although a car is convenient, it is not necessary for staying at this home.
The living room has a wood burning kiva fireplace and is adjacent to a dining room seating 4 to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a new gas range.
