Casita Dulce is an easy 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) to the Railyard and a 1 mile walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe.

The home is air-conditioned. Central to the living room is a hearth flanked by a hand-crafted mesquite entertainment center. Off the adjoining dining room is a quality-equipped separate kitchen. Casa Colibri is tucked away off a quiet side street and then down a long narrow driveway, both of the Compound’s two homes (Casa Tranquila is further back) are characterized by quiet privacy and attractive surroundings. Yet, an easy walk to the Plaza in the center of town.
Casa Colibri, at a bit over 1050 square feet and the larger of the two homes, often serves as the gracious social center for guests who occupy both houses in this compound.
Casa Colibri’s large & lofty central open space is air-conditioned and features high, coved viga-beam ceilings with skylights; a kiva fireplace; two cushy leather sofas and a well-equipped kitchen. Rass Mandal is a unique adobe vacation residence situated on a mountain range of pine forests with spectacular views. Entering brings you to another time and presents a serene and inspiring atmosphere for all. The house and grounds of more than 10 acres offer abundant locations for quiet time. There are numerous hiking & mountain bike trails immediately accessible, some of which take you directly to the center of Santa Fe.

Upon entering the home you encounter a large domed circular living room complete with a fireplace, eastern antique furniture and beautiful views looking out to a pool. This space is ideal for group sessions, gatherings and entertainment. Off to the left of the living room is the dining room and kitchen area. The dining table has room to accommodate 12 and is a great area for entertaining and formal meals. The kitchen is open plan and has a Moroccan style fireplace and a very comfortable breakfast nook ideal for bird watching. Behind the kitchen is a queen size bedroom and a bathroom, secluded from the rest of the house with its own private entrance.
To the right of the living room are guest quarters, each room offers views overlooking the grounds and the entire Santa Fe valley. The master bedroom is complete with a fireplace, a large meditation/work area, beautiful bathroom and sunken Jacuzzi with views. Additionally, there is a 2nd story observation deck that provides expansive views over all of Santa Fe, the Jemez Mountains and beyond. The house is not air conditioned but given the cool evenings it is not actually necessary. Fans are provided should they be desired.
Heading outside, there is a large private pool with waterfall, hot tub and sauna. The pool is heated during the summer months (June 1st – September 30th) – however it is 35,000 gallons and heating is not feasible during the other times. Generally the pool water temperature will be maintained at 78 F in July and August but ranges about 74 F – 76 F for June and September. The hot tub is kept at 104 F. All this is surrounded by a deck and patio ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. There is also a gas-fired Fire Pit for enjoyment during the cool evenings.
Additionally, there is a small cabin on the property about 200 feet from the main home that may be rented with a small additional fee. The cabin has a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. The maximum occupancy for the residence still remains at 12 people.
‘CASA CUERVO’ is located at 635 W. San Francisco Street, just an easy 14 minute stroll (0.6 mile) to the Plaza in the historic center of Santa Fe. This unique 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower stall) adobe home offers a period decor of Mexican and New Mexican furnishings and folk art. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The large Queen bedroom is located off the living room and has a reading area and a gas-fired stove. Central to the living room is a gas-fired kiva fireplace and includes a small office area with a large desk. The home has spacious private outdoor areas for lounging and dining. The flagstone rear patio has an umbrella table and chairs and is ringed with old trees. There is also off-street parking for one car. High speed internet access is throughout the property and there is also HDTV in the living room. The home does have a washer/dryer.
Additionally there is a separate one bedroom casita available that is detached from the main house. This casita shares the common outdoor spaces, has a queen bed and living room area with ample workspaces. There is a modern shower stall bathroom that is in a separate building adjacent to the casita. The casita may be rented as an addition to the rental of the main residence. It does not rent separately so privacy for the main house is always preserved.
Casa Cuervo comfortably accommodates up to two guests in beds and, with the adjoining casita, provides a wonderful space for two couples or a family with two children. The kitchen, in the main house, is used by the adjoining casita.
This is a beautifully decorated townhouse located in the La Vereda Compound at 707 East Palace Avenue. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to Canyon Road and a 15-20 minute walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe. It has a large private front courtyard off of the living room and a wonderful deck off of the master bedroom. Both rooms have abundant natural light from the extensive glass panel doors in each room. There are two very spacious bedrooms each with a Kiva fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a soaking tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has its own entrance in addition to the entrance into the main home. This home only rents on a monthly basis. The fully included rent is $2,400 during the fall, winter & spring and $2,800 during the summer. There is private off street parking for 3 cars.
