Casita Adore was built in the early 1920s and is fully representative of old Santa Fe. It is an historic 650 square feet original adobe constructed home comprising a living room with a wood-burning traditional kiva fireplace, one comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The home has been completely renovated and redecorated.
There is an ample open plan kitchen and dining room. Off of the bedroom, is a small outdoor patio with a table, chairs and cherry tree for shade.
Located at 635A San Francisco Street, Casita Adore is an easy 14 minute (0.7 miles) stroll to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe. In the opposite direction, about 10 minutes away, is the DeVargas Shopping Center containing all the stores necessary for convenience shopping (e.g. Sprouts, CVS, Albertsons, Starbucks, etc.). Therefore, a car is not really necessary for a stay at Casita Adore as long as you don’t mind carrying your shopping.

Casita Dulce is a very private one bedroom guest house at the rear of a private home located at 615 Onate Place (Street). The casita is approximately 650 square feet and offers a large fenced private garden for enjoying the lovely Santa Fe weather. There is a mature fruit-bearing apricot tree for your enjoyment. Casita Dulce is an easy 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) to the Railyard and a 1 mile walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe.
The entire casita has been completely redecorated including a new bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub, and a King bedroom (may be converted into twins upon request). Central to the living room is a gas-fired kiva fireplace and includes a small office area with a large desk. The home has spacious private outdoor areas for lounging and dining. The flagstone rear patio has an umbrella table and chairs and is ringed with old trees. There is also off-street parking for one car. High speed internet access is throughout the property and there is also HDTV in the living room. The home does have a washer/dryer.
Additionally there is a separate one bedroom casita available that is detached from the main house. This casita shares the common outdoor spaces, has a queen bed and living room area with ample workspaces. There is a modern shower stall bathroom that is in a separate building adjacent to the casita. The casita may be rented as an addition to the rental of the main residence. It does not rent separately so privacy for the main house is always preserved.
