Casita Dulce is a very private one bedroom guest house at the rear of a private home located at 615 Onate Place (Street). The casita is approximately 700 square feet and offers a large fenced private garden for enjoying the lovely Santa Fe weather. There is a mature fruit-bearing apricot tree for your enjoyment. Casita Dulce is an easy 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) to the Railyard and a 1 mile walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe.
The entire casita has been completely redecorated including a new bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub, and a King bedroom with patio door access to the private backyard. The living room is tastefully appointed and has a 43″ HDTV with Comcast cable service. This home captures the neighborhood charm of Santa Fe.
